The company’s purpose is import and export, general trading, and trading of construction materials, including timber, iron, building supplies, electrical and sanitary equipment, contracting and undertakings, all construction works, excavation works, pest control works, construction of bridges, roads and buildings, as well as all electronic, mechanical and electrical works. It also includes real estate trading, engineering works, design, supervision, studies and engineering consultancy, and all decoration works. With the right to represent companies and others in accordance with legal principles, while observing the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 75/9693.
